Order Information: Details about the products you browse, add to cart, purchase, and gift (e.g., plant type, quantity, price, delivery date, recipient name/phone if provided).
Support & Communication: If you contact us for support or feedback, we may collect the information you choose to share, including screenshots or order details.

1.2 Payment and transaction information

We use third-party payment providers (such as UPI, wallet or payment gateway providers) to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. However, we may receive limited information such as payment status, transaction ID, payment method (UPI, card, wallet), and the amount paid so that we can confirm and track your orders.

1.3 Automatically collected information

Device & App Information: We may collect information about your device, such as device model, operating system version, App version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of improving app performance and troubleshooting.
Usage Information: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as the screens you view, features you use, and time spent in the App. This helps us understand and improve the user experience.

1.4 Location information

In some cases, we may use or request access to your approximate location (for example, based on PIN code or device location) to show nearby delivery availability or estimate delivery charges. We do not collect your precise GPS location unless explicitly required and permitted by you.

To send you order confirmations, delivery updates, and important notifications.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
